Temperature-sensing valve’s main feature is to control compressor
outlet air temperature by controlling humidity of lubricating oil
spout into ram head, preventing water vapor condensing in oil gas
tank and emulsifying lubricating oil. When machine just started,
lubricating oil temperature is low, temperature-sensing valve is
closed, cool oil spout into machine without cooling. Once oil
temperature rises to 70℃, temperature-sensing valve is opened
eventually towards oil cooler and fully open until 76℃, and then
oil will only spout into machine after being cooled. |
